If any of your hardware is damaged or broken, including screen breakages, broken ports or cables, you need to create a ticket so one of our dedicated team can provide a solution.

A ticket is an online form you fill out detailing the issue you have. You can upload screenshots or files so we can understand the problem faster.

After submitting a ticket, one of our team will assess and provide a quotation for the replacement parts.
