This page will explain how to use the session times tool. The reservations system allows you to configure session times which is used to determine table availability during specific time periods. In the example below, you can see between 9am-10:30am & 14:00 – 16:30 (between breakfast & brunch and Lunch & dinner) there isn’t any scheduled session time. This means between those time periods, bookings won’t be accepted.
To access your session times, visit the cloud office and select Reservation Management > Session times.
You can have a total of 3 sessions in your venue. The session names don’t come preset so you can name each session to suit you. In this example it’s, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
The session times will be configured using the 24-hour format.
Editing the time
- To edit the time, select the clock
- Select the hour.
- Select the minutes.
